Lee is a Regional Vice President at eBen. He has worked in the employee benefits industry since 1995. His career started at Fortner Insurance. Lee is an original partner in Cardinal Insurance Inc., where he established their benefits department in 1999. In 2008, Lee joined eBen and currently oversees offices in western North Carolina and east Tennessee.

Lee is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and is a past president of the Mitchell County Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on other boards, including Hospital Foundation, and currently, The Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge.

Lee and his wife, Amy, have two children, Wayne and India, both of whom recently joined the eBen team. Both children graduated from Mars Hill University, and Wayne serves in the Army Reserves. Outside the office, Lee’s interests include church, volunteering in his community, and spending time with family. Lee truly enjoys helping people and building relationships.
