With over 16 years of business management experience, Stephanie has a deep understanding of the significance of professional duties and how every role contributes to overall success. As a former business owner and operator, she is well versed in the importance of gathering and maintaining accurate client records. She works diligently to collect and analyze data, keep track of any contract updates and renewals, and stay on top of accounts to make sure clients receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.

In her current role as an Account Manager, Stephanie also serves as a client advocate and works with internal departments to ensure that client needs are satisfied and any claims issues are resolved. As the primary point of contact between the client and the company, she builds lasting relationships with current clients once they have converted and throughout the customer lifecycle.
