They analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes.
Heather supports the implementation of process improvement including design and deployment. Much of her success in this area comes from her well-informed understanding of this industry. In 1996 she began her career in insurance and has worked her way from Account Manager to Benefit Consultant, on both the insurance company side as well as independent consulting side. Heather has her Life and Health License and is certified in Self-Funded, Advanced Self-Funded and Prescription Benefits.
