Prior to stepping into the Health & Benefits space, Patricia built her career in Talent Acquisition within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry, where she honed her ability to connect with people and align solutions to organizational needs.
Patricia thrives on building meaningful relationships and takes pride in solving complex challenges for her clients. Known for her genuine curiosity and commitment to client success, she is focused on understanding each client’s unique goals and tailoring benefits strategies to support them.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Appalachian State University, where she also competed as a collegiate golfer, and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog. A lifelong athlete, she’s passionate about golf—actively competing in interclub leagues and amateur tournaments—and enjoys pushing her limits through CrossFit.
