With 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, and 15 years of experience in customer service, Rebecca has a passion for helping people. Well-versed in a variety of platforms and carrier practices, she is adaptable and able to assist clients with a variety of potential issues or questions.

Rebecca works with clients to secure accurate documentation and demographic data to ensure successful insurance applications and compliance. Additionally, she serves as an effective liaison between clients and carriers, working towards positive outcomes for clients while maintaining healthy business relationships between all parties.

She is also an educator who hosts meetings, virtual and otherwise, to inform client employees about their benefit options and best practices pertaining to their insurance needs. Above all, Rebecca strives to make the process of acquiring and using health insurance as smooth as possible for all clients.
