Tabitha’s excellent analytical, communication and follow-through skills have helped her clients navigate and implement employee benefit packages in a manner that truly makes the complex simple.
She currently manages clients with employee counts ranging in size from ten to over a thousand in multiple states across the market segments. Tabitha acts as a liaison between her clients benefit administration and a variety of TPAs, this has allowed her to develop relationships that assist with improving each client’s cohesive experience. Her ability to evaluate, not only benefits, but overall data related workflow process, help to implement a suite of best practices that have proven to increase efficiency that is tailored to each client.
As somewhat of a one-stop for her clients, she handles most aspects on their behalf, from quoting to final enrollment and every step in between. She continues to provide outstanding support, assisting with billing issues, member questions, claims and other aspects as part of continued employer/member engagement.
